Start-Up Consult

  • If you are ready to start your healing journey, schedule an initial consult by filling out a short form with your contact information.

  • This is approximately a 1.5 hour meeting to review your health history, food diary, symptom burden, and your goals and reasons for doing a healing protocol.

  • Diet recommendations, supplement recommendations, and testing recommendations will be explained during the consult.

  • Hitting the Let’s Connect button will get things started with scheduling your consultation, and getting the pre-work you’ll need to do ahead of our meeting.

  • This is a paid session. If you move forward to the full Gut-Healing Intensive, this session will be deducted from the package cost.

Gut-Healing Intensive

  • This is your path to laying a solid foundation for health and wellness and unlocking your healing potential.

  • Approximately 6 months from first test to final results consultation.

  • You will undergo functional tests for gut microbiome and digestion markers, as well as food sensitivity testing.

  • 1:1 review of test results.

  • You will receive customized diet and lifestyle recommendations, as well as 3-month supplement protocol all designed to work together for targeted results.

  • There are regular check-ins throughout; protocol revisions as needed.

  • You will undergo retesting at the end of your healing protocol, and receive steps to move forward.

  • 20% discount off of services when packaged together, as well as discount on supplements.

Annual Package

  • Four 1-hour sessions throughout the year, approximately 1 every quarter.

  • Supplements discount included.

  • Labs done only as needed and billed at the time, as well as additional visits, if needed.

  • Excellent option for follow-up after the Gut-Healing Intensive package, which may be adjusted for your needs (number of visits, tests).

FAQs

  • Your healing protocol will be based on your goals, symptoms and tests. It includes diet instructions, as well as how to balance carbohydrate, protein and fat intake, hydration. In addition to diet, there are lifestyle recommendations, and a customized supplement protocol for 3-months, designed to optimize your digestion, eradicate dysbiotic microbes, and build up the good microbes in your gut. From starting your testing to final results usually takes around 6 months.

  • Testing for food sensitivities and gut issues at the same time is strategic so that we can create a window for us to work with your body’s own capacity to heal.

    The goal is not to remove foods permanently, or keep you on lots of supplements forever, but to help heal your gut and to get your digestion efficiently working in the background.

    After a healing protocol has been completed, it may be beneficial at some point to do a stand alone gastrointestinal tests, hormone tests, or even a food sensitivity test.

  • While in person, or virtual, are better for when we review test results together, other sessions can be by phone.

  • Questions are always welcome! If you need something between check-in calls, you will have my contact information.

  • It is work… like all things that are worthwhile, it takes your investment and courage. And, nearly always, things get hard at some point during the journey. Life gets in the way, or a supplement doesn’t sit quite right, or you really want to eat that one food that you know will make you feel lousy, or you feel a little worse before you begin to feel better.

    I strive to work with how our bodies’ natural healing works, which usually takes some time. And we have to remember, it often took us awhile to notice things are off, and may take a bit to get things back on track.
